About the Pathway
In a world of constant building and innovation,an upbringing of students skilled in Architectural Drawing and Design is necessary. While not all students taking this pathway will want to pursue a career, some will be inspired to have a future in designing buildings, businesses, and homes. Students use a range of drawing tools that allow them to precisely lay out floor plans, while also updating their knowledge in fractions to achieve the correct measurements. Also, more advanced students have begun to do their work on the computer. This pathway teaches students to not only have a steady hand, but a more skillful mind. They will carry these techniques and skills with them throughout life, regardless if they choose a career in the field or not. |
